Responsibilities: •Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives •Coach and mentor teams on Agile principles and practices •Help teams to identify and remove impediments to their progress •Assist in the development and delivery of Agile training programs •Collaborate with stakeholders to promote a culture of continuous improvement •Monitor and report on team progress and Agile maturity Requirements: •Bachelor's degree in a relevant field •Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills •Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams •Familiarity with Agile tools and techniques •Proven ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines •Certification in Agile (e.g., CSM, CSPO) is a plus Preferred Skills: •Experience working in an Agile environment •Knowledge of Lean principles and practices •Familiarity with Agile scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, etc.) •Ability to facilitate workshops and training sessions •Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills,
